VPB is owned by Stuart Jay Yasgoor, a California licensed real estate broker and business/tax attorney. Mr. Yasgoor has specialized in representing veterinarians in all legal aspects of their business activities for more than 25 years. VPB also utilizes the services of a licensed California salesperson, who has considerable experience in the veterinary profession as a practice management consultant and appraiser.

VPB is large enough to satisfy the varied and specialized needs of the veterinary profession, yet small enough to maintain close and personalized representation of its clients.

Stuart Jay Yasgoor

is a business/tax attorney and earned his Master of Laws degree in Taxation (LL.M.) from Boston University School of Law. Mr. Yasgoor is a frequent lecturer at veterinary conferences throughout the Western United States, and is an instructor in the practice management curriculum at U.C. Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. He has authored numerous articles on a wide range of topics relevant to the veterinary profession. Mr. Yasgoor is past chair of the CVMA Economics Task Force.
